Overview
Raumati Sands Resort complex has twenty one, large and luxurious two bedroom apartments making it unique on the nature coast. The front facing apartments have views of the sea, over the Bowling Club and bush reserve. The apartments that face onto the complex look over the heated swimming pool, spa pool, BBQ area and in the distance the panorama of the Tararua ranges. The main bedroom has a super king size bed, wardrobe organiser, bathrobes and double opening doors to a small balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and own small balcony. All the bathrooms have under-floor heating, heated mirrors, fourteen apartments have spa bath with shower over, and seven have a double shower. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second level. The large lounge has 3 sofas (one of these folds down into a double bed) and coffee tables. Television’s have five Sky channels (2 sport, 2 movie and CNN), plus a DVD player with surround sound that also tunes in local radio stations. Sliding doors open wide to give indoor/outdoor flow to a private patio, (with outdoor furniture and sun umbrella). All apartments have a well equipped kitchen, including microwave, fan bake oven and cooking hobs, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer. There is a separate toilet and hand basin on the lower level. All rooms are smoke free(smoking is allowed on some balconies). We are only one hundred metres to the beach where you can walk on the sand and see the sunsets we are renowned for. One hundred metres in the other direction and you can relax in the boutique atmosphere of Raumati's Village Shops. Restaurants and cafes offer a variety of international and local cuisine for brunch on the sidewalk or intimate dining.
