Fraser Suites is a 100% non-smoking property. While we love to see people enjoying themselves, for the comfort and consideration of all our guests, please note that we have a strict No-Party Policy. No exceptions! You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking for accommodation at Fraser Suites, and the person registering at check-in and staying in the suite must be at least 18 years of age. Please note that on check in you will be required to provide a copy of the reservation, photo ID, and a credit card bond of $250.00 plus $50.00 per day for incidentals.
