Guests can immerse themselves in Sydney’s kaleidoscope of chic shopping, entertainment venues, restaurants, visitor attractions and corporate headquarters, all within an easy walk of Fraser Suites Sydney. Fraser Suites is a 100% non-smoking property. While we love to see people enjoying themselves, for the comfort and consideration of all our guests, please note that we have a strict No-Party Policy. No exceptions! You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking for accommodation at Fraser Suites, and the person registering at check-in and staying in the suite must be at least 18 years of age. Please note that on check in you will be required to provide a copy of the reservation, photo ID, and a credit card bond of $250.00 plus $50.00 per day for incidentals. An extra guest may be accommodated on a rollaway bed at an additional $50.00 AUD per night in our One Bedroom Deluxe, One Bedroom Premier & Two Bedroom Deluxe Suites. Not available in Studio Deluxe.

Check in instructions: A copy of the reservation confirmation as well as photo identification of the registered guest is required on check-in. Guests are required to present a credit card deposit of $250 and an additional $50 per night for incidentals on check-in.
