Our recent serviced apartment addition to the accommodation market in Parramatta was designed for both business and leisure travellers. Bringing all the comforts of your own home with the added touches that you would normally expect from a hotel positioned in a city rich in history. Parramatta City is geographically the centre of Sydney, and the mid-point between Sydney Harbour and the wonderful Blue Mountains, with access in both directions via the M4 motorway. Parramatta City is home to a vast number of multi-national corporate headquarters as well and many government departments. Parramatta also has an extensive shopping and sporting venues. Just minutes from the cosmopolitan café culture of Church Street and the Riverside theatre and a short drive to Telstra Stadium, Olympic Park and Homebush Bay this is simply a great location. All 151 serviced apartments are all oversized and fully furnished. Located directly above the River Cat ferry terminal, you can enjoy the benefits of cruising along Parramatta River, connecting you all the way to Sydney. A serviced apartment is the perfect place to stay, relax and rejuvenate when travelling. Situated on-site at street level is a selection of international cuisine, many of these restaurants gladly deliver, direct to your apartment door. Also onsite is a convenience store, newsagent, beautician and florist. Balcony doors are locked on Fridays, Saturdays and Publics Holidays, due to our improved safety policy. The registered guest of the apartment is legally responsible and liable for all damage/harm caused by any object leaving the apartment. Reception will require upon your arrival the following credit card bond (pre-auth). $100 for Studio & 1-Bed Apt / $200 for 2-Bed Apt / $300 for 3-Bed Apt. These funds will be returned to your credit card after departure but may take 5 -10 days to become available. Other than a credit card pre-authorisation we will accept a cash bond, which will be refunded to you upon departure following an inspection of your apartment by our duty staff. $200 for Studio & 1-Bed Apt / $500 for 2-Bed Apt & 3-Bed Apt.

Check in from: 2:00 pm

Check in instructions: Check-in is between 2pm and 9pm at reception. After 9pm report to security guard on duty at reception desk. All guests must sign the 'No Party' policy. Registered guests must provide valid photo ID matching the booking name and credit card.
