Meriton Serviced Apartments - Parramatta is situated on the banks of the Parramatta River walking distance from the city centre and many corporate headquarters. Consisting of 179 fully self contained furnished apartments in a variety of configurations including studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Our serviced apartments bring all the comforts of your own home with the added touches that you need from a hotel without the fuss. Added facilities include an indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym plus various landscaped barbecue areas to enjoy. Parramatta is geographically at the mid-point between Sydney Harbour and the wonderful Blue Mountains, with access in both directions via the M4 motorway. Parramatta also has an extensive shopping selection with Westfield Shopping Centre, Homebush Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) and Rhodes Shopping Centre (IKEA). The property is just minutes from the cosmopolitan café and restaurant culture of Church Street and the trendy Riverside Theatre. It is also only a short drive to Sydney Olympic Park which is the home to ANZ Stadium, Acer Arena, Sydney Aquatic Centre and Athletic, Golf, Tennis and Sports Centres. During the Easter school holidays, the Sydney Showground comes alive with the Royal Easter Show. Also located onsite are various stores and cafes plus the added convenience of being directly above the River Cat ferry terminal so you can enjoy the benefits of cruising along Parramatta River, connecting you all the way to Sydney. Luxurious oversized apartments have a kitchen (studios have kitchenettes), and a separate laundry, which includes clothes washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The apartments are also fully air-conditioned and most have opening windows and balconies to allow for fresh air - although balcony doors are locked on Fridays, Saturdays and Publics Holidays, due to our improved safety policy. The registered guest of the apartment is legally responsible and liable for all damage/harm caused by any object leaving the apartment. Reception will require upon your arrival the following credit card bond (pre-auth). $100 for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments / $200 for 2-Bedroom apartments / $300 for 3-Bedroom apartments. These funds will be returned to your credit card after departure but may take 5 -10 days to become available. Other than a credit card pre-authorisation we will accept a cash bond, which will be refunded to you upon departure following an inspection of your apartment by our duty staff. $200 for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments / $400 for 2-Bedroom apartments / $600 for 3-Bed apartments.
