Oversized apartments offer fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry, which includes clothes washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. Within the property is resort style pool, spa, sauna and gym as well as tennis courts. This property is only a stone’s throw away from the world famous Bondi Beach… an energetic walk down Bondi Road or a 5-minutes bus trip. In fact, with the bus/train interchange right on our doorstep it’s only minutes to Sydney's CBD, Edgecliff, Double Bay, Kings Cross, Bronte and Coogee Beaches or to Watsons Bay. Reception will require upon your arrival the following credit card bond (pre-auth). $100 for 1-Bedroom apartments / $200 for 2-Bedroom apartments / $300 for 3-Bedroom apartments / $500 for Penthouses. These funds will be returned to your credit card after departure but may take 5 -10 days to become available. Other than a credit card pre-authorisation we will accept a cash bond, which will be refunded to you upon departure following an inspection of your apartment by our duty staff. $200 for 1-Bedroom apartments / $400 for 2-Bedroom apartments / $600 3-Bed apartments / $1000 for Penthouses.

    Check in instructions: Check-in is available from 2pm. All guests must sign the 'No Party' policy. Registered guests must provide valid photo ID matching the booking name and credit card. If you arrive after 10pm, security will assist you with checking into your apartment.
