The cardholder making this payment herein agrees that as a special condition of Byron Sunseeker Motel accepting this booking the cardholder will be required to personally register at reception on check-in and will be required to produce both the credit or charge card used as the payment authority, and an acceptable form of photographic identification. The card holder agrees that the booking is non-transferrable and that the maximum number of guests that they have originally booked for is the maximum number of guests allowed to use the room. The cardholder agrees to these terms and conditions by proceeding with this booking.
We do not accept cancellations, we therefore advise you to take out travel insurance in the case of unforseen circumstances.
Please Note :- All rooms are strictly non smoking, smoking is only allowed on the outside balconys and patios. Charges apply if you have smoked in our rooms.
For the peacefull enjoyment of all guests staying at our Motel we have a strict NO PARTY POLICY any breach of this will lead to eviction without refund.
