Overview
The Sandboy has eight fully self-contained apartments and being situated on a corner block each apartment has its own outlook. The Sandboy is rated at 3½ stars. Ideally situated right opposite the main surf beach, Park Beach Bowling Club, Hotel and parklands. The Sandboy has an easy walk to restaurants, Park Beach Plaza, and home base shopping centres, with over 200 shops. Enjoy a quiet night night in with Austar or take a short walk out to clubs, restaurants and pubs. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and individual laundry with dryer. Cots and high chairs are available on request. Sandboy has a saltwater swimming pool and an indoor hot spa and sauna, great for all kinds of weather! Each apartment has its own undercover parking for your cars protection and for your outdoor cooking we have two gas barbeques. Local bus service leaves from our front door. Coffs Harbour Airport is 15 minutes by car, the railway station 10 minutes and the coach terminal 10 minutes. Coffs Harbour, half way between Sydney and Brisbane, is set in a subtropical environment of golden beaches and lush rainforests. The Great Dividing Range provides the perfect backdrop as they reach out to touch the Pacific Ocean. The climate is regarded as one of the best in Australia and with over 40kms of beaches, Coffs Harbour is ideal for all outdoor activities making it the perfect place for your next holiday. Along the beautiful beaches there are breathtaking views from our coastal headlands. Watch whales on their migrations or take a cruise through the Solitary Islands Marine Park where tropical and temperate fish life meets an area so diverse in corals and fish that it rivals the Great Barrier Reef. The largest marine park in NSW, it is a wonderland for scuba divers. Try parasailing, jet skiing, reef and game fishing or white water rafting. Explore our National Parks by 4 wheel drive or walk through the rainforests. Coffs Harbour Region without a doubt is the Golf capital of the north coast. Visit the Big Banana with its candy making, ice skating rink and ski ramp. Our Botanic Gardens and wonderful Pet Porpoise Pool are a visitor's delight. Eating out is a pleasure in Coffs Harbour with its wide variety of restaurants and clubs.
